If my memory doest fail me, i recall using pkoe on him. Think ignore defence skills (pkof, non pr valk, etc) are very useful here

If you are doing the quest in the black hole, just use a WuKong ally.

For those with only 1 PKOE, can try with cass and urd.

Activate cass and urd active skill and u just need one PKOE to one shot him. (Tested)
