Thanks for your input brother Mao, it was much appreciated, however like what Ear says, I personally feel having a bit of a "screen" may do us good than bad. Ultimately, is not their answer we are most concerned about but how they answer it

Having considered the above, plus discussion with Tony, we will streamline the questions to the below 3:
ps. this will only be used in PMs and not posted in the recruitment thread.

1. What do u look for in your ideal guild? (Also if you were in a guild before, why did you leave/intend to leave)
2. As a member of KoA how will you contribute to our guild?
3. What do you enjoy the most about ToS and how active to you play the game?

If not problems with all, these will be the 3 questions we will use to screen potentials, bearing in mind to make it as casual as possible.

what do you think guys?

For intake we are looking for:

Lvl 130 and above players
Players who are highly active
Players that will donate gold regularly
Sociable Chatters who will communicate using in game chat system and our dedicated forum website.
Players that will heed "call to arms" campaigns.

What is a call to arms?

When the guild issues a "call to arms" all members pull together and earn guild points as much as possible. A minimum is set prior to each guild event. It is important that members reach/exceed this minimum and it is encouraged for members to aim high for the top 5 contributors.

The guild follows the tenants of:

Encouraging friendship and mateship between knightly members
Encourages Long term objective and goals
Assistance for deck building, strategy and help for members

BTT. Imho if the candidates is recommendation from our member, we don't need ask the questions to them. But we need to remind the one who gives the recommendation about our guild rules, so he/she will not carelessly choose the one he/she recommend. Just my 2 cents.

Avalon is the fabled magical isle in Arthurian folklore.
The place where his sword Caliburn (we know it today as Excalibur) was forged. Its also where he was taken to to heal when he suffered mortal wounds from Modred.

As for the quote Kalvis... Before I reveal its origins... Can anyone guess where its from?
(Hint: its not a quote from Arthurian lore)

i think caspers friends r already given the green light. I have complete trust with interal referrals.

I think it may be a slow time for recruitment. Probs not our fault.

Been scouting other threads, people who are looking for guilds now their levels are generally below 100 (didn't see any above 130).

Like was discussing with Ear, this time we take our time with recruitment, anyway we don't fall short of members in our guild. So lets take it easy guys Smile

Why did you guys pick KoA originally? What was the reason?

Im about to accept 2 more members. skiski and eugene. lvl 145, lvl 133. we have 1 more spot left haha. i also have a f2p dude who is 103 but i dont really wanna accept him. his answers were very vague..
