Daily and Weekly Events Finally Opened

After finally conquering my general laziness *sheepish smile*, I have finally gotten around to updating the week's events as they appear on Facebook and the official ToS English Site.
I have also placed an Old Event topic to place the ones that will be outdated. For now though, there isn't anything in there.
