Re: Deck Advice
Hey Kenna, this is my input for your deck build:
Norse Fire: Tyr (ldr), Lotus Nezha, Faith Suld (PR), Martial Master, Santa (temporary)
Team cost: 85 (not considering Tyr PR and Skuld PR)
This is the team I find most suitable for a mono in your set of cards. Odin is to replace santa once you lay your hands on this badass. Two converters, one time tunnel, I think this will make for a good burst on bosses.
You can also consider Light Norse as well, with Thor (Ldr), Galio, Luna, Merry Puppy, Griffin King (Odin in future), but I'm thinking the attk will not be as heavy as Fire.
Last but not least, the deck worth investing some time and lvling in is the Santa for sure (lvl 160ish if you want to include PR starter).
The PKoE is a good to have deck, but will not help you progress in the harder stages. Mono and Santa is probably gonna be the way to go.
Hope this helps!

Re: Deck Advice
You have a workable fire mono as LJ has pointed out, and a semi decent water-mono as well, though all of them are pretty low level.
Elizabeth, PR Urd, Cassandra, GSOA, and Crystal Croc Golem.
Main thing here is working on the convertor cooldowns - which is harder to do with the Golems. There are more ideal cards for this however, such as a Pisces convertor, Beowulf, Carrie etc, but you do have a usable deck once you get them to a decent level.
One ideal deck that can be built from your cards is definitely the Santa deck (though by your list, you need a couple of weeks of farming exp). But you already have the all important Santa, Cass, Circe.
If you can get in 2 PR starters, you should be able to clear most damage intensive stages, including Transmigration/and between 6-8/12 of the zodiac Ex stages. It appears you only have Duncan however. In that case you can sub in whichever human/elf as a temporary subsitute - a pally/isabel/queen elf would do the trick - although your hp will be rather low.

Re: Deck Advice
adding on to the norse deck
Norse Fire: Tyr (ldr), Lotus Nezha, Martial Master
If you are able to get Odin today, then add in an Odin and Skuld.
A possible substitution would be Circe. Once circe activates, its pretty much 200% if you can do 4 combo easily.
Norse Fire: Tyr (ldr), Lotus Nezha, Martial Master, Odin , (Skuld / Circe)
with probably a Tyr, Poppy or Jackie ally.

Re: Deck Advice
Second vote for mono fire. You can get the Cerberus and Fire Straphovore evolved and bring their cooldown to level 6 or lower rather easily by just farming level 1-3 and evolving some slimes. A CD5 Fight Mode skill is the starting point for all mono decks, and the Cerberus fits that role just fine. A month from now, a high level Nezha, Odin, or even Martial Master would replace it, but it will do just fine to get the deck off the ground.

Re: Deck Advice
Hi KK. I also might suggest a Santa deck over red mono.
Santa, one or two PR Starter and Circe are your core team and then you can pick and mix all other human/elves as needed.
This gives you a lot more flexibility with your deck moving forward and at some point if you get Medea you are in even better shape.
Cassandra can then be incorporated as needed, Paladins which can be leveled relatively easy and one day when you have a high team cost, Saruman.
Def agree with Lj that your Red Mono will be a pretty good deck but the flexibility for diverse events will be limited.
I should add too that your deck can only be as good as your available allies. Norse have an ok population but unless you're looking for Loki supply is limited. Santas are a dime a dozen right now and so it is easy to get a large population of friends with Santa. Also when you run out of Santa or are playing stages at medium difficulty, you can also have a bunch of PKoE allies available. And don't forget Fox who also gets bonus of a Santa deck.

Re: Deck Advice
Santa and red mono is good suggestion. I only want to remind you about the team cost before you decide which deck you want to lvl. For Santa team + 2 enchant + 2 PR you need to be lvl.158 (cmiiw).
For red mono i don't really know, because i don't lvl them to the max evo yet. But i think with Tyr PR and Skuld PR (and Odin?), you need high team cost.

Re: Deck Advice
Water:
PR Freyr/Liz (Leader) + GSOA + Dragon of the deep sires + PR Urd + Liz/PR Freyr + PR Freyr/Liz (Ally leader)
You actually have a reasonable water mono team but at low lvl.
You can use Pisces, cricle to replace some of the above cards
