Can't Update App

So, I'm having problems updating my TOS app...

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Here's my situation:
1. Don't have a working credit card at the moment... Trying to get that fixed, but that's beside the point.
2. USA App Store doesn't have TOS so I need to change to Hong Kong store, but I have an account balance.
3. Creating another account isn't working out.

What other stores have the English Version of TOS? Someone mind helping me out because I can't do the guild event this way...

Not sure if I understand correctly but using VPN to 'connect' to HK to get the update should be good enough?

How did you normally do it in the past few weeks?

Btw War of Dragons is dead and buried, hopefully TOS will return to Aus, us, canada etc.

I found a way. But thanks for the helpful comments! Hopefully they return TOS to the English stores.

If you ever find yourself in a situation like my own where
1) You have an account balance and can't change stores.
2) TOS English isn't available in your store.
3) This is for iOS, so iPhones or iPads only.

Then here's how to work around it:
1) Go onto your computer and open iTunes.
2) Log out of your main account and switch the store to Hong Kong. (To switch, the icon can be found on the bottom of the page, with an icon of the country store you are using.)
3) Find TOS English app.
4) Click "Free" or "Buy". (Same thing, since it's a free app.)
5) Create a new account, and bypass the payment option. All you need to do is put in an address, which can be looked up on Google i.e. "Valid Hong Kong address" or something. (Since I don't have a payment option that valid in Hong Kong, so you have to follow this method if you don't have one either.)
6) Once created, it will start downloading. Then update it in your App list.
7) Sign out, and switch back to your main account. [This step is optional, but I don't know the effect of having two different accounts open when you sync your iPhone/iPad, so I do this step.]
8. Sync your iPhone/iPad with your computer.
9) Your computer will update your app. And done!
